wendy_merrick Hello! As I was preparing to box up the purse you had ordered, I believe my new puppy must of pulled it out of my storage closet and did some damage to it and do not want you to pay for something that is damaged. I am so very sorry about the inconvenience. If there is something else in my closet that you would like no matter the cost difference, I will be glad to send that to you or I can cancel the order. Again, I am so sorry.
