@1rrshopper1 Well I am getting nowhere with them so maybe you can refuse the package or the item. I’m not really sure how it all works because I’ve only been selling for a couple months and I’ve never run into problems before so but there are support team is no help at all and if you want to just keep the Nightgown & Robe have me send you a check if it goes through that’s fine if you want to refuse the order that’s fine too.
I’m sorry for all this mess.
