It looked as though someone had pulled the first package out, poked a hole in the baggie and yanked the ring out, breaking off one of the large discs that surround the center stone. The tissue was perfect on the necklace but haphazard on the ring. I am going to change my star rating as I believe you sent it in perfect condition. The necklace is beautiful 😊
