halie_devos Hi Ruth, I'm very sorry that I mixed up your order with another one. I remedied the situation and sent the label for the other item and if you could get that sent out as soon as you can I would greatly appreciate it. Again, sorry for the mix up.

thewakemans @halie_devos This feels scammy. I am a nice person but this feels off. I asked for clarification from the site but didn’t get much info. I would like to cancel my original purchase before I mail this since I have not received that dress. I don’t live in town and have a sick child at home. It is annoying to have to go mail this. I realize it might have been an honest mistake but I really have no way of knowing at this point.

halie_devos @thewakemans Hi Ruth, I understand that it is difficult to judge a situation like this. It really was an honest mistake that I feel very bad about. I accidentally sent your dress to another girl who was supposed to get that backpack. She has mailed out your dress which has not been delivered yet. I'm very sorry to have to ask you take it to the ups store. This situation is entirely my fault and I'm just trying to correct it.

thewakemans @halie_devos I’m sorry, I ordered a bunch of the same style dresses for my daughter and I thought the one from you was blue. I received the dress but thought it was from a different seller because it is green. I will mail the backpack as soon as I can, hopefully tomorrow. Sorry for the delay.

thewakemans @halie_devos that’s ok, it was an honest mistake that just happened in the middle of an overwhelming time for me personally. I just got my car battery replaced and was able to mail out the package today. I apologize that it wasn’t sooner. I included an apology card to the buyer for my delay.
