ndvl Hi Ruth. My name is natalia and I bought the Ultracor leggings with stars. After about 10 time that I used the the seam Is unstitching. I contacted Ultracor and they asked about the name of the person who originally purchase the item in order to see if they can fix it or replace it. Can you help me with that please? Thank you

erinswearengen @ruthanneroth I purchased a pair of 8.5 TIEM Cycling shoes from you. I received my order and accepted it; however, I just received a second pair in the mail. I now realize that the first pair were the wrong size (size 10), and the second pair were the correct size. I wanted to say THANK YOU for sending the second pair. However, I need to know how to return the first pair, size 10. I'm new to Poshmark. I'm not sure how returns work.
