Hi there thanks for your purchase of the Roxy bag. I placed the package in a USPS box Monday and haven’t received notification yet of its shipment. This has happened before and I expect it will be scanned tomorrow. I’m sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience!

@rynay I’ve been calling USPS and unable to get confirmation that the package has been scanned. I’m so sorry. This has never happened to me before. It either was never retrieved or it’s an extreme delay shipping. You are more than welcome to get a Refund on this purchase or wait. Either way I welcome you a discount on any of my items for future purchase. I’m so sorry.
