deeggo I am so sorry to have sent you the wrong order. Poshmark said that they emailed you a return label for the camo hat. In the meantime, I will ship the correct pants to you tomorrow. deeggo Shellsea, the other person who is to get the camo hat informed me she did not receive your pants. I am mailing you a pair tomorrow . If the originalpair ever surfaces and makes it to you please keep them. The others will go out tomorrow and I will send you the tracking number. Again thank you for your patience. I am so very sorry.

deeggo @shellseaface oh I am so glad that you found your pants. I am so sorry and feel like such an idiot. If other ticket from Poshmark says "Holly" let me.know. she already got her hat.if both of you let Poshmark know that you have your orders and do not need to mail anything else then maybe Poshmark will let you finally let you accept the order. If it does, keep the hat!

deeggo I am so sorry to bother you but would you please open a case with Poshmark and let them know you received your black pants? I tried to handle it for both you and the other person who ordered the camo hat but they said each customer needs to contact them buy opening a case. Thank you and I sincerely apologize. Deanna

deeggo @shellseaface hold tight. I am trying to clear this up with Poshmark. The other person got the second hat so I am going to let Poshmark know I told you to just keep it and not worry about it but just wait until they get back to me. If they are fine with it...bc this was all my fault...then you have a hat to wear or give as a gift.😁 I will let you know. Thanks so much for your patience.

deeggo @shellseaface I heard from Poshmark. They said they need you to reach out to them. Look up your purchase from me for the black pants. Then I think you can contact customer support?? You will most likely have to open a case. You can select wrong item sent. Reference your purchase order number and you can mention "Melinda" has been helping. Just let them know you got the pants. You now have an extra hat. What should you do? Thank you and sorry this is such a nightmare.
