lollypopsshop @comboofrocks hi. Received the Lia Sophia bracelet today. But when I opened the little bag the bracelet came out in two pieces! I really hate to report this to #as it happened a couple of weeks ago and I don’t want them to think I’m a chronic return person. I’d rather just forget it than report it. Just wanted to let you know if my disappointment. Also, are you sure it’s an authentic Lia Sophia?

lollypopsshop Also, are you absolutely certain it is a genuine Lia Sophia? It’s so much lighter in weight than any of my others, and I can’t imagine it being this fragile that it would break like this. They’re also normally much more expensive.

comboofrocks @lollypopsshop yes, it’s authentic. How did it break? I had it wrapped and in a box with extra cushion around the inside box. I can’t imagine how that type of bracelet would break in that much protection. Did the outside box appear to have been damaged and treated badly by the Post Office? Open a case to Poshmark because they have it protected and if it was damaged they will refund your money. I’ve shipped hundreds of items previously 😭

comboofrocks @lollypopsshop I priced it low because I had it listed for awhile and I’m trying to make more room to add more. If you don’t want to report it broken through the mail, pick something out comparable from our Posh store and we will mail it to you for free. I’m unsure how it broke but it makes me feel bad. It was a pretty little bracelet. Just let me know if you pick an item. Make it in a bundle and message me from it so I’ll know which one.

lollypopsshop I have been sleeping most of the day because of pain, and I totally forgot that as soon as I opened it and saw that it was broken I took pictures of everything that was still on my lap before I ever got up or moved. Let me know when you have time to look and I will create a “sign” At the top of my closet with all of the pictures that I took for you to look at. But I can’t leave it up very long.

I know that the Post Office can be rough sometimes on boxes. I hope you feel better soon and sorry it broke.
