closetofdaisies Hi.You purchased the daisy ring from me.You asked what shipping I use and rated based on not receiving the ring yet.PM uses USPS; you can track the package from the time it left me to the time it gets to you. I shipped 5/4, the same day you purchased.Today is 5/7 and I really hope you reconsider the one star rating when the ring arrives. It really is beautiful and I included one of my daisy necklaces as a gift. I also pack with care and include a handwritten note.Sincerely hoping you re-rate me.

springsands1975 @closetofdaisies it’s so weird, I really have no idea where it is. Did you tell me earlier where I could find that tracking number? My mail carrier has a habit of dropping off my packages off on one or 2 streets over. I’m not great at navigating the site, so if you can tell me where i can find it I hope I can get it taken date of. Thank you so much!!!!!

closetofdaisies Hi. Sorry, I just got up - on a different time zone here :) Okay, so here is the tracking number 9405 5102 0206 1105 4037 49. I checked too and it says Saturday delivery. Usually I just track in the PM app, but I cannot see it there since you accepted delivery. Maybe PM customer service can help too. I shipped via USPS using the PM label. I am sorry this is happening, it is out of my control too and I hope you recognize I shipped quickly using PM. I feel helpless and know you are not happy.

closetofdaisies Oh my - I just saw what you wrote in the ratings. I am really sorry, I have been asleep. As soon as I saw you asked for the tracking number I provided it. Also, you should be able to track in PM - it is even more detailed than USPS provides. Since you accepted the item, the tracking history has been removed (I think that is why I cannot see it anymore). Please contact PM cust service, maybe they can pull the full tracking history. I shipped using USPS/the PM label.
