barter97 @cdp14 thank you. I have sold my first item, and didn’t know it. How does this process work? I printed a label and will go to the post office in the morning.

cdp14 @barter97 once your customer receives the item, they have 3 days to "accept" the item. Once the item is accepted, poshmark releases your funds to you. (some customers accept right away, and some dont, and you end up having to wait the full 3 days for your funds to be released). hope that helps!

barter97 @cdp14 thank you. I don’t know how to contact the buyer and tell her I’m sorry it’s been 2 days I didn’t know it sold. But I will get it out right away. Should i mail the shoe box with the shoes? Or just the shoes?

cdp14 @barter97 if you pictures the box in your listing the buyer may be expecting the box to come with it, so if i were you i would send it with the box. also, you can tag the buyer in the comments of the sold listing to just give her a heads up!
