dcalquisada Hi Tom sorry I just saw the message, what was the problem? As pictured 2 packs of sealed tennis balls and a headband, both Wilsons for 12 dollars.Let me know, I was trying to figure it out. Thanks for accepting. I made 7 dollars out of it but it is not the money, I want the buyer to be happy. Thanks again , be safe and well.

dcalquisada @tom_madden Hi Tom I just read the case OMG! how can it be open? It was sealed and not used. I figured out the ball ,might be technically by addition that is why I said 8 like 4 in a pack x2. I am always into a nitty gritty with my packaging as you see on my feedback from the buyers. I did not check the packs because I know it was sealed. Terribly sorry, no excuse but a lesson learned.Nothing is perfect even if we thought it was. Be safe and well.

tom_madden @dcalquisada Hi. Not a big deal. The balls had the plastic lid, but come with an aluminum lid as well when they are new. Performance drops when pressure is gone. Not a big deal as far as I’m concerned - I’m a social player at best. Wasn’t trying to make an issue out of this, simply flagging for reference. I certainly do appreciate your hand written message and the added item. I wasn’t able to add / address this when accepting order. All the best. Tom
