lapatton44 Hello - You purchased Kate Spade heels from me in a 7 1/2. I truly apologize but I accidentally sent you a 6 and didn’t realize it until after I dropped them at the post office. I let Poshmark know as well. When you receive, DO NOT accept the order with Poshmark. Instead, we will need to open a case to get you the right size or a refund if preferred. If you have ?s about opening a case, let me know once you receive and I can help. I’m SO sorry for the mix up!!! First time I’ve ever done that ☹️

lapatton44 @vane3561 Hello - So sorry again about that mix up! I reached out to Poshmark as they will need to facilitate the process. I think they may have also reached out to you to open a case but now that’s it been over 3 days, we will need to see what they can do. I have the 7 1/2s, just need to figure how I can get them to you. I’ll let you know when PM responds. Thanks!

lapatton44 @vane3561 Hello - Did Poshmark reach out to you? They sent me an email yesterday confirming I still had the shoes. I told them yes and asked how I could get them to you. They said they would be reaching out to you so just checking to see if you’ve heard from them.

lapatton44 @vane3561 Unfortunately it takes them awhile to respond to emails and there's no other way to contact them. I received a shipping label from Poshmark tonight and will put the right size in the mail to you in the morning. They should have also sent you a prepaid label to return the wrong size. I do apologize again for the error! Thank you.

I reached out to Poshmark to let them know you had not received the return label to send back the wrong size and they said they sent it back on 7/2. They asked that you reach out to them directly to inquire about getting another label if needed. Let me know if you need help with how to do that. Thanks!
