most everytbing I got was off here it was all NWT & I got 2 large, fun,brite roller cases w/locks (no privacy)& I FILLED THEM So Full w/shoes, clothes, purses, jewelry & makeup for a Young girl!unfortunately I got carried away & spent over $800 on her...but 2 C her open them & that smile...

I thought something was strange because she was telling me what to get etc right after that I saw her in the news! Con artist !!!!! I never told my GrandUghter because, she had given some of her prized possessions! 😞😞😞

@jethomas52 oh that is terrible.😲 I actually knew this girls mother b4 she got put into the system so I knew the child. Mom had health problems and her father molested her when she was growing up so she went with her mom who is sick and can't care for her properly..I wanted to take her but I'm too poor In a 1 room apartment...too small. Then she got raped inside the system
It's so sad. I Pray for Chloe. That's her name. She is in a bad place

@jethomas52 maybe it was a touch selfish...I do so love to make deserving people smile, it does something wonderful inside me so maybe I used it to help me heal from losing mom...but yes, I think about Chloe daily and pray for her but she is so strong. So I have faith.
And like I said, watching her dig into those presents, and model the clothes, & scream in excitement & that smile...

@jethomas52 clean up hard...still no power in most areas...only downtown and central areas have power. Long lines at gas stations in town...pretty bad conditions and some rivers and creeks and ponds and lakes still cresting and covering roads

We survived the storm even tho it made landfall right on top of us and stayed over us for days...house is ok miraculously...many did not fare so well...just got my first real shower in days so that's good lol! It was a crazy storm...hung around for a long time and flooded or uprooted every thing in sight! Still most stores are closed. Thank you doll!

@lususeleven hi yes when I click on the tracking it says “in transit to next facility”. But it’s been a week now. I have to go to the post office tomorrow to mail out another package so I’m going to inquire with them and see if they can tell me what’s going on with it. I put extras in it because i know you wanted it for a foster girl and I mailed it on the 13th. But anyways I will for sure talk to my post office tomorrow and get back with you on what they can find out.

@mandyb1 so I checked tracking on my end, and it looks like the last post office to accept it was the Greensboro post office on the 17th...that's about 3.5 to 4 hours from here, so somewhere between they have either misplaced it or it has gotten held up due to holiday or hurricane post office traffic, one I dont know. It totally should have been here by now tho, I agree. I do get a lot of packages, so it's possible my post office has it stuck n a corner somewhere or something lol

@lususeleven my post office and he said to wait till next Wednesday and if you have not received it by then, then I need to go back in and will have to file a claim. (The post office hates claims and they take forever and most likely you never get any money out of them). Other than I can’t do much but hope someone finds it down there and gets it to you. He said 2-day priority mail shipping is not guaranteed and because of the holiday it may be taking longer.

@jethomas52 ok I just check package 2 and it just arrived in fayettville at 4: 20 today and hasn't left yet, so it is just behind the other one. The first one left fayettville around 1 or 2 this afternoon I think. So package 2 is scheduled to be delivered the 4th but I would more realistically say the 5th or 6th. I am 37, the middle of three and the " evil black sheep" of the trio but strangely enough when mom got sick and really needed us, I was the ONLY one taking care of her, for years, while my " perfect " sisters were no where to be found. The youngest, her FAVORITE GOLDEN CHILD told her to hurry up and die already
I almost got real physical with that one over that...the Lord held me back!!
