NWT H&M Top with Ruffled Collar

Beautiful white top with ruffled color detail and tie around neck for simplistic and elegant charm. The material has a slight shimmering material built it. The top is loose fitted and would go well with a cute belt around the waist 😊. Size 16 US - unfortunately it is too big for me.
