tamc1123Hi. I just wanted to contact you to let you know that the striped Hermes shirt you purchased has a small stain on the front. I never saw this when I picked it up from the dry cleaners. I took it back to see if they could remove the stain but I’m not satisfied with the results. I would be willing to discount the other Hermes shirt by $5 to cover some of your shipping costs if you are still interest. My apologies!!!

Nov 08Reply

avery277@tamc1123 I appreciate your message. Discount would be great. Kind regards,

Nov 08Reply

tamc1123@avery277 I’ve never had to cancel a listing before so I wasn’t sure how this worked. I had to list the shirt as a new item as you can’t relist on Poshmark. Just make an offer of $45 for the shirt and I will accept it. I think that solves the issue. Thank you so much for your patience!

Nov 08Reply

avery277@tamc1123 Sorry for not answering to you right away. I didn't see your message until now. Hope you got my offer. Waiting for your response. Thank you!

Nov 08Reply

tamc1123@avery277 Got it. I’m going to try to get this to the post office tomorrow morning. Thank you again for your patience and understanding!

Jul 22Reply

cellotazGood morning. Thank you for your offer in the spade sandals. I accepted however just now saw after closer scrutiny that they are Wide width according to the box. Is that accurate & makes as such on the sandals? Would you please check for me. I have a medium width😞. Thank you for your kindness! Blessings

Jul 26Reply

avery277@cellotaz I appreciate your question and tried on the sandals myself even my size is different. They are extremely comfortable as all Kate Spade items. I usually wear size 7-7.5M and these sandals don't feel wide. Please let me know if you want me to ship them to you to try on (you can return them) or to cancel the order

jmagromdI am tracking your jacket and I have no idea what's taking so long....I put a message into Posh, ???

May 07Reply

avery277@jmagromd Yes, I’m tracking it too. Hope it’s not lost

May 07Reply

jmagromd@avery277 I contacted Poshmark yesterday, they told me to wait until tomorrow, this is crazy, I never had this happen before 😡

May 11Reply

avery277@jmagromd Very frustrating. No any updates since May 2nd

May 11Reply

jmagromd@avery277 I know....absolutely nothing....

May 11Reply

jmagromd@avery277 I'm putting in another query to Poshmark, I'm more upset about the fact that you haven't received this because it's really awesome...this is unbelievable....please let me know if you hear anything....

May 12Reply

avery277@jmagromd it’s very sad. This coat is so beautiful. I’m checking the mail every day in case it can come without the trucking. Something wrong happened

May 12Reply

jmagromd@avery277 I told Poshmark that it's been 10 days since it stopped tracking....they need to do something.....let me know if you hear anything.....ughhhh....

May 12Reply

avery277@jmagromd I will

May 12Reply

jmagromd@avery277 well our funds have been released, I guess that was Posh's resolution, I am so upset about this...

May 14Reply

avery277@jmagromd I have no words to say. Up until now I believed that it was somewhere on the way still, even just checked the mail thinking it was brought to me. We never know what can happen in post office with our packages. Thank you very much for contacting Poshmark

May 14Reply

jmagromd@avery277 no problem, it just sucks that it's gone, it was a great jacket...

May 14Reply

avery277@jmagromd Yes, I thought I would wear it right away, the weather was just right for that. I like your closet and that jacket liked the most
