Meet the Posher
Hi! I'm Nikkie! πŸ’™ I've recently made a cross country move to Las Vegas with containers full of clothes and shoes. I price my items based entirely on wear. They are all good quality clothing and always clean. My boutique items are bought from a wholesaler, not always available in all sizes, but great quality stuff! Reasonable offers accepted - but remember the 20% or $3 fees! πŸ’ƒπŸŒΊπŸ’ƒ

professormel
professormel@misnik302 CONGRATULATIONS on the weight loss journey! I'm 54 and 5'4" and lost the 50 lbs menopause bestowed on me a few years ago. Last September I broke my leg and after 12 weeks in a cast, laying in bed and eating ice cream, the weight crept back on, especially since it was removed just in time for the holidays. I'm having to rebuy a larger wardrobe again, ugg! My motivation to diet again is gone. Anyway, I wish you the best...the journey can be tough! πŸ’žπŸ’–
Aug 06Reply
misnik302
misnik302@professormel Thanks so much! I'm down 30 ish pounds and I've got another 30 to go - but I'm already squeezing into some 12s. It's so hard and I've done this before only to shoot back up the scale again. I'm getting rid of everything this time, so hopefully that's my motivation to keep it off!

artsie_1
artsie_1I think I am on the same journey as you! My goal is to get out of the double digits!!!! Just a few yr ago, I wore a size 2 and then had a really bad accident that kept me "down" for over 6 mo. How can this be???
Aug 21Reply
misnik302
misnik302@artsie_1 It doesn't seem fair that it is so easy to gain it, but soooooo hard to take it off does it? I had to have some 'medical help' this time, but I'm doing pretty good so far. I would love to see size 8 again, but I might be happy in a 10. It's a bonus that I found Posh so I can sell something in order to buy new things! :)

Aug 13Reply
misnik302
misnik302@carlsonduo I was pretty lucky to find a 'Fat Doctor' who set me up on B12 shots, appetite suppressants and weekly weigh ins. Went almost carb free, clean foods, minimal & healthy fats, gave up soda and coffee creamer. I now allow myself a beer or two and one cheat day a week - but it's been a long year. And getting older isn't helping! #FortyExtra

wiregalI see that you bundled a couple of items. I tried to send you a private offer but Poshmark indicates that I cannot because I have exceeded the number of previous offer to you without a response. Mar 21Reply
misnik302
misnik302@cdbarnes7 Thanks so much! I fear it’s a life long battle...I had help from a doctor - but my big tips are eliminate soda, say good bye to coffee creamer, minimize the carbs and really think about what you are eating. I hate to exercise so I tend to evaluate if I’m going to eat something based on how much work I need to do to get it off. Good luck to you! Those last 10 are killing me, lose them find them. 😁
Mar 21Reply
cdbarnes7
cdbarnes7@misnik302 Thanks for the advice Vicki! I've eliminated bread and potatoes but I cheat with the fries occasionally 😁😢. I will give the coffee creamer etc a try! Yes, it's this last ten that's wrecking my nerves πŸ˜…πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈAll the best to you!
