professormel @misnik302 CONGRATULATIONS on the weight loss journey! I'm 54 and 5'4" and lost the 50 lbs menopause bestowed on me a few years ago. Last September I broke my leg and after 12 weeks in a cast, laying in bed and eating ice cream, the weight crept back on, especially since it was removed just in time for the holidays. I'm having to rebuy a larger wardrobe again, ugg! My motivation to diet again is gone. Anyway, I wish you the best...the journey can be tough! 💞💖

artsie_1 I think I am on the same journey as you! My goal is to get out of the double digits!!!! Just a few yr ago, I wore a size 2 and then had a really bad accident that kept me "down" for over 6 mo. How can this be???

misnik302 @artsie_1 It doesn't seem fair that it is so easy to gain it, but soooooo hard to take it off does it? I had to have some 'medical help' this time, but I'm doing pretty good so far. I would love to see size 8 again, but I might be happy in a 10. It's a bonus that I found Posh so I can sell something in order to buy new things! :)

misnik302 @carlsonduo I was pretty lucky to find a 'Fat Doctor' who set me up on B12 shots, appetite suppressants and weekly weigh ins. Went almost carb free, clean foods, minimal & healthy fats, gave up soda and coffee creamer. I now allow myself a beer or two and one cheat day a week - but it's been a long year. And getting older isn't helping! #FortyExtra

I fear it’s a life long battle...I had help from a doctor - but my big tips are eliminate soda, say good bye to coffee creamer, minimize the carbs and really think about what you are eating. I hate to exercise so I tend to evaluate if I’m going to eat something based on how much work I need to do to get it off. Good luck to you! Those last 10 are killing me, lose them find them. 😁
