Hiiiii, I got your rating about the packaging. Is it because the box was way too big for the item? Just want to know so that I can do better next time. Flat rate boxes only come in 4 sizes and it didn’t fit in the smaller one. This was the next size up. I should have put it in the envelope kind. I just didn’t want it to be damaged.
