Hi Kelly...Lovely closet, and such an adorable dog! Im wondering how a posher can become a suggested user. I have tried the suggested email su@poshmark to contact poshmark but it was undeliverable. I am posh compliant of course and have shared over 3000 times one at a time the long way on my tablet. Lol. My closet has come to a standstill.

Hi Kelly❣️Advice needed-got my first poor rating (3) and I’m feeling low about it. She said that a cap she purchased from me smelled bad - i bought it at an antique shop -maybe odors were absorbed into the wool? Listed as a used antique wool cap so not sure what to do about it- do u know the Posh rules on that?I reached out to her to ask if I can do anything to rectify situation - I want her to be happy but not sure what route to take if any? 🤗

@annmarielin Hi Ann! 🤗 So you might have accidentally deleted it or Posh might have removed it! You know how the Post Office asks is you are mailing anything fragile, liquid, perishable or potentially hazardous...I think a glass bottle of perfume falls into 3 of those categories. You could always email Posh and ask them! Have a great weekend! 😘❤️

@annmarielin It Is pretty easy to delete an item. And Posh will delete items that have been reported. I asked my mail man and he said lotion is ok under 16 ounces. Yes there is soooo much flu. Lots of places are out of Theraflu!! Amazing that some won’t get a flu shot but will take Theraflu once they get the flu! Arg! 😷 Maybe it is best that surgery was delayed....time to settle on to new house! 🏡

Hey I have a question as a seller.. I have an item that was shipped a few days ago and is still showing up as pending usps scan.. I've never had this issue before.. is this probably a usps problem or a poshmark glitch? I have to find the receipt...

@stylemile Yes that happens sometimes! Usually it is because your post office didn't scan it in, but then when it gets to the person you shipped it to...to their post office they will scan it and all is well! I have only ever had 1 item get lost. Just send the buyer a note so they know you shipped it! Have a great weekend!

I see that you sell a lot of home goods and was wondering if you could tell me where you get large boxes for heavier items that won’t fit in a priority mail box? @cocoleena So, I grab boxes when ever I see them! Grocery store, Lowe's, etc! LOL! If you ship something heavier than 5 pounds, you, the seller needs to upgrade the shipping label, at your cost. If you click on your sale it gives you the option to upgrade the label depending on the weight. There is a maximum weight limit, so make sure you don't go above it! Hope that helps!

Hi Kelly. I hope I'm not bothering you but I have a question. There is currently a promotion on PM called Love it of List it. How do you get entered to win a prize? Will anything I list today automatically qualify me for a chance to win? They are giving prizes every hour, so should I list new things every hour? I have about 50 items to list & I've been trying to do about 5 pet day. I just want 2 understand how the game works. There was no info at the help center.

No I didn't make mine. I don't know how 2 knit or crochet. I only know how 2 do cross stitch & needle point. Vintage cross stitch items r trending heavily & bringing $$. I think it is so funny that you made your scarf & I have one with the exact same stitch & 🌈 colored yarn... lol

@stylewheel You don't have to use priority mail boxes for Posh. Any old Amazon, Kohl's, Target, whatever box that it fits in will do. Just take off all the old labels. I never use priority mail boxes unless I am out of others! I prefer to recycle! :)
