Can be worn over the shoulder, or cross body (if you are size Xs in the upper body) belt can be taken off and worn separately as well as the pouch part can be worn on its own as a clutch! Love this very much! 💯 original, did not keep the dust bag or box however. Condition is 8 out of 10. The wear shows on the leather of the belt but is minor. All the metal parts are in perfect condition, nylon is clean and practically indestructible.
