theivydoor Hi. You bought my yellow Nine West heels and said the flower is loose on top. First of all, I’m sorry, I didn’t notice and you do not need to pay for a shoe service to secure it. You could have sent them back or glued under to keep it still. Again, very sorry. Not too late to contact posh and return them. Regards,,,,kelly

redsportscat @theivydoor I needed them for a specific event. A shoesmith can fix it quickly. The flower is about to fall off and it has an orange stain. Hopefully, he can clean, too. It's too much trouble to re-package, ship back and try to find a replacement. Just disappointed. :(
