@ksaunders014 Hey there, I'm hoping you as an ambassador can help me out. I have a customer that purchased one of my listings. After the purchase was complete she saw something else she liked from my closet and ask me to bundle up on shipping. I couldn't find an answer on FAQs and posh isn't answering my email fast enough. Do you know if the buyer has to cancel the existing order and then bundle up or is there any trick to adding to the already complete order?pleassseee Heeeellllpppp

@sari_o Hi! I think one of you would have to cancel the order and start a new bundle (you both should be able to do that) or she could just make a separate purchase for the new item!
