Universal Threads Co. Blouse

I love this shirt! Sadly it's too small on me. It is an xs and true to size, with a ruched top that is very flattering and slightly puffy sleeves, and the subtle peplum bottom that is coming back in style (!!). The material is lovely, it's a bit thicker than a light cotton tee so it holds shape but not too thick.
