goobercougerGreat closet, love your photos, so professional I have to get some tips. 👍

Jul 22Reply

crankymisfit@goobercouger Thank you immensely. My better half, Radd, takes these photos and he is a photographer by profession here in Montana.

crankymisfit@jewelrysparkle Thank you. I’ll have a look.

Aug 01Reply

crankymisfit@raynewhitestone Aaah, I was about to deny it (bad habit) but I think I’ll take for once. Thank you immensely. ❤️❤️

mizfit83Breast cancer? Me too- I had a double mastectomy about two years ago when I was 35. And then had my entire stomach removed after finding out that I was CDH1 positive (High risk for breast and stomach cancer.) It’s nice to see another pink sister out there 🎗(Imagine this ribbon in pink LOL) I’m about to make a cancer rearview mirror ornament for a car! I called them Dangles LOL because they dangle from your rearview mirror! I’ll let you know when I get it complete!

Aug 14Reply

crankymisfit@mizfit83 @mizfit83 awww, Life threw us a curveball at the same time. Mine was two years ago as well. I got THAT unexpected phone call on March 8th. My cancer was idiosyncratic, so after chemo the only surgeries I had lined up were for breast reconstruction. I can’t imagine what it’s like to have one’s stomach removed. Do they repurpose the small intestine? Sorry. I am just thinking out loud. It certainly is nice to meet a pink 🌸🌸 Sister here, Erica.

Aug 15Reply

mizfit83@crankymisfit 🙌🏽😍 Yepp! They cut that sucker out and see my small intestine to my esophagus, then do a little boogie around my liver by inserting a y-valve to shoot digestive enzymes into my intestine to help with absorption. I’m sure I messed that explanation up but 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s something like that! I puke a lot of my food back up, I get heartburn, and the worst part—- I cannot drink water (it makes me instantly nauseas) in fact, I can hardly drink liquid at all. It’s a chore 😐

Aug 15Reply

mizfit83@crankymisfit - I’m gonna add a cancer progression photo to my thingy- profile

Aug 15Reply

mizfit83Nvm I can’t figure out how to add multiple 🤣

Aug 15Reply

goobercougerHave a wonderful day my friend 🦋

Aug 15Reply

crankymisfit@goobercouger Hi Lisa! I am working and have been stuck behind my computer for 5 hrs so far. “Start your own business, they said. It’d be fun they said…”😂 Hopefully I can go adventure in GNP this Wednesday. 🤞🏼 Thanks for dropping by and saying hello. I wish you a nice week ahead. 😘

Aug 15Reply

crankymisfit@mizfit83 I felt proud and fascinated by modern medicine at first, but oh honey….I got teared up. What a trooper you are!! You look so good and healthy on the outside, but inside is a quiet the commotion, isn’t it ? But your attitude and fortitude sure is shiny and impressive, Sensei Erica. My utmost respect to you. 💗 Yes! Put your story out there. Inspire people to be tough like you. ❤️

Aug 15Reply

mizfit83@crankymisfit - thank you so much for your words of encouragement—- some days it’s so hard. It feels like the “after” cancer is soooo much harder than during (chemo, hair loss, sick, etc) I’m hormone positive so I’ve got a pill I need to take daily that literally has turned me into an unrecognizable monster 👹. It’s all I can do some days to just “let be” You are truly inspiring yourself. It’s nice to talk to someone who understands 😍

Aug 15Reply

crankymisfit@mizfit83 Yep. I agree 💯. Post-cancer is when the actu work begins. With immediate menopause and no hormones It feels like someone pulled the rug from under your feet. The psychological battle to maintain sanity every day makes surgeries and chemo seem like a piece of cake. Going to the gym helps me ground myself most of the time. It sure is nice to talk to you too! 💗

Aug 15Reply

mizfit83@crankymisfit I miss the gym. I’m a bodybuilder. I lost my strength and my mojo a few months ago. :-( I’m making a conscious decision to start on Tuesday. I have my own little gym in my garage too. Rouge racks, db, power plates, kbs, etc. I own a fitness training business- “BodyScape Fitness.” And still actively train clients

Aug 15Reply

crankymisfit@mizfit83 okay. I’ll check in you on Tuesday. Get swole. 👊🏼

Aug 16Reply

goobercougerLooking good 👍 Hope things are well over in your neck of the woods, STAY SAFE!

Sep 17Reply

crankymisfit@goobercouger Hi Lisa, Thanks for checking up on me. I am just a bit swamped with work, which I hope it’d ease up soon, so I can pay more attention to Poshmark and whatnot. It’s nice to hear from you though.

njblondencHi Vida, first I’d like to thank you for your bravery and for sharing your story. Unfortunately my sister lost her battle at 42. Keep up that fight and I’ll keep you in my prayers. I apologize for not seeing your offer sooner. If your still interested you can make the offer again. It’s really a very nice sweater and very heavy. Great for spending time outdoors. kaz_chic_klosetHello my love! Thank you so much for sharing the photos of your battle. You are a warrior! 💗🙏🏻 I hope that you know that God has a purpose for you. You are loved so much and you’re very special to him. Please never forget 🥰 Thank you so much for the shares my dear. I really appreciate it! I Hope you have a blessed night 💖✨

Mar 01Reply

crankymisfit@kaz_chic_kloset Aww 🥰 Thank you. That has been my story for a little while now. It is what it is. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I would have liked to have been able to say “I have come to terms with life’s disappointments”, but that wouldn’t have been the truth. I am still working on it. I do, however, try to live life to the fullest. Went rappelling in Costa Rica and almost had a heart attack. 🤣 Enough “living” for now.

Mar 01Reply

kaz_chic_kloset@crankymisfit Awww, live it up babe! You deserve it. I completely understand you. TY for sharing that with me. Not sure what your faith is but I believe in God. He’s very real! God does not promise an easy life for us. However, the Bible says that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. You’re either praying or someone is praying for you. Because it’s working! 💖🙏🏻 Your purpose is big! Let him guide you towards what he has for you. Anyways, this is getting long you get it 😉

Mar 01Reply

Mar 01Reply

crankymisfit@goobercouger Hi Lisa! I am so so glad to “see” you again. Can’t believe you’ve been checking on me. 😘 I had an eventful year so didn’t feel like being on any social media. Hope 2023 is kinder and more generous. 🤞🏼😅 How have you been?!

Mar 02Reply

Mar 02Reply

goobercougerThings here are ok just looking forward to spring , haven’t been really doing much on PoshMark have to get motivated lol

Mar 03Reply

goobercougerHope you’re doing well 💕

Mar 03Reply

crankymisfit@goobercouger I had a tumor in my bladder that needed to be sliced off and had a hysterectomy. I am fully recovered now anxious to get passed Montana’s snow covered streets.☃️ Like you I got discouraged by Poshmark a while ago (low ROI) and need a bit of motivation to become more active as a seller. Actually getting back in touch with the friends I made here might do it. 😃

Mar 04Reply

goobercougerI’m sorry to here that 🙃 sounds like you on a good path now. Keep up the positive vibes and I’ll be routing for you
