Vintage Ruffled Style Button Down Blouse

This button down blouse has a ruffled look style and 2 tiny belt loops on the side. It’s not see-through, but one can tell if you’re wearing a black brassiere. Please note, as this is a vintage piece, there are signs of wear: • There’s faint discolouration in the pits, but it’s not visible when worn. • There’s a faint stain in the front, but I have not tried to remove it. Nonetheless, this blouse is in good condition - just needs a good spot treatment that is common for any used white clothing. The stock photo only shows the fit of this top.
