I've been an avid thrifter for close to 50 years. The thrift stores here are a treasure trove and offer a seemingly endless supply. 😎

I have had issues on both sides, people returning or trying to return something and It was impossible not to get a canned response that didn't really answer my question and made me wonder if a person read my questions at all or is this being scanned through some program like they do resumes and it's spitting out responses. It works for me more than not though so I grit my teeth and stick to it. I do understand your frustration though.
