consign_mc @lfolse hi! It says delivered but if it’s not there you can go to “purchases” and on the order there’s a “problem/order inquiry” where you can let Poshmark know. I believe posh will let us know what steps to take.

lfolse I sent the toddler size 4 dinosaur sweater back to you at my cost. I have confirmed that you did receive it. I have not received a credit on my cc for the beaded collar sweater that I was suppose to receive. It has been a great inconvenience. I have contacted Poshmark but they continue to brush it off. I don’t want to file a grievance with American Express but if I have no choice I will. They have not been very professional in the handling of the situation. Thank you.

lfolse Thank you. I am not asking for my shipping cost for sending the toddler sweater back. I just want the credit fir the sweater I did not receive. You may want to do the same with your customer that received my order since you said you shipped to the wrong person . But, thanks for letting them know . They are absolutely horrific to deal with. I’m deleting my account as soon as so get my credit.

petal_w @madecasual Thank you! Did you get the waist measurements by measuring the pants laying flat from one end to the other? I was struggling to figure out how the waist could be so small! And I figured that may be why haha! I wear anywhere from a 2 to a 4 depending on brand so I’m just worried these are going to be too small. Were these your pants? If so, what size do you wear (if that’s not too personal!😅)

petal_w @madecasual I mostly sell items and it was only after my first buy I learned returning is reserved for damaged or false/inaccurate advertising by seller. I appreciate that as a seller so that people don’t just change their minds and return items! But it has made me more cautious! Thanks in advance!
