My nephew will be 18 in a few days and even though my brother lives right below him in a duplex he now lives with a roommate. The fact that he drives still makes me sick to my stomach sometimes. I'd never survive having my own, they'd be chained to me 24/7.

3bearswear@tayloralexisr Good morning, I received the Zara dress and the belt tie is torn on it. I feel it was honestly overlooked due to your need to Posh for your kids sake (me too.) and I am undecided on what to do because I don't want you to get in trouble with Posh. I went out of town, but will return later today. I am going to look at it closer and see if the dress is torn too, or if it can simply be sewn. Sincerely, Anjelah

wonderlandla@3bearswear Oh my goodness, I sincerely do apologize. I try and look over all garments very very carefully. The only thing I can imagine is accidentally not seeing it due to the print. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I feel terrible about not seeing the flaw and do everything I can to give 100% service to my customers.

3bearswear@tayloralexisr Thank you for your prompt response and apology. It's on the outside tie, and the material is actually stretched a bit. The belt will need to be removed, trimmed and sewn back I believe. Otherwise, I might double up the the belt and sew it down, but I'm not sure how nice I can make it look. I would appreciate a discount, because whether I attempt to hand repair it, or have someone do it, it will cost money. (continued.)

I'm trying to think of the best way to go about this because unfortunately Poshmark doesnt give the seller the ability to give partial refunds without Posh intervention. The best I could think of is opening a case and showing screenshots of this convo in order to get the partial refund. Which I have 100% no issue with
