1janeyI’m taking care of my 26 yr old son that’s been going through a similar four year battle with AML cancer. He caught C-dif as soon as he was admitted into the hospital and diagnosed. He had half of his intestines removed because they died from sepsis and C-dif. He’ll have an illiostomy for the rest of his life because it can’t be reversed.

1janeyHes had 7 emergency surgeries. Including 2 brain surgeries from meningitis. He’s in remission for the forth time and he’s home now. We have a lot to be thankful for. I'm now disabled with dysautonomia so I use a walker and have a service dog. But I'm a happy woman and grateful! So nice to meet you, fellow survivor!
