@jumpinreindeer I wasn’t at all rude - when she gets the return (which has been delivered, and my refund issued), she’ll see that I actually included a note trying to be kind. It’s not my fault that one of her items was of poor quality, I haven’t caused her to lose any sales whatsoever. I hope that you both find peace.
