Dear Ariele, Wow! What a gorgeous Classic Dressage Breyer Horse! I adore it! The horse is so beautiful, elegant, and stunning. It also looks incredibly realistic! I am going to display it in my bedroom so that I can see it first thing every morning as I awake! As a young girl, I used to collect what were called in the late 1950’s “plastic horses”. They were the size and were similar and looked like the Breyer horses. I never heard of the Breyer horses until a few years ago when I was shopping on Poshmark. Maybe the horses that I collected were the earlier versions of the Breyers; I don’t know. At that age, I didn’t pay any attention who designed and/made those horses. I just wanted to have some of them! So, now I have gone full circle and am now collecting Breyer horses in my old age! I have loved horses all of my life, and during the time I was collecting “plastic horses”, I also owned and rode two three-gated American Saddlebred horses, a chestnut gelding and a chestnut mare, thanks to my parents! Thank you for listing this beautiful and stunning Breyer horse on Poshmark which enabled me to purchase it! I knew that I had to own it as soon as I saw it! Thank you for everything, including wrapping the horse snugly and securely when you mailed it to me. I appreciate your care and thoughtfulness. Thank you for also including the lovely realistic horse blanket, the blue ribbon of a champion that is this Breyer horse, and the lovely BreyerFest 2008 Alborozo pin. I really appreciate those items that go with the Breyer horse. I feel so lucky to now own him! Take care and stay safe. I was born in Chicago, but I grew up in Evanston, Illinois, immediately north of and bordering Chicago on Lake Michigan. I moved to Silver Spring in August, 1992 to accept a job transfer in Washington, DC.
