Item arrived as described, packaged extremely well, and arrived promptly after purchase. Upon opening the box, I saw that the seller went above and beyond by including a few extra suprises along with my new crossbody bag. I received a universal phone charger, a small black velvet clutch purse (that I LOVE 😍) and a bag to hold it in. I also received a postcard and thank you note as well. While getting my package made me very happy today, the extra thoughtfulness of this seller really made my day. Everyone is fighting an internal battle that others do not know about, and that is why kindness and compassion matters. Thank you so much for your kindness. It truly made my day! Wishing you the best! Jessica ❤️
