Jacket was exactly as pictured and looks and smells clean. The package got stuck with USPS for a really long time but Casey was incredibly communicative and helpful. She contacted USPS to try to get it moving again and even offered to refund me when it seemed like hope was lost. To be clear: the delay was entirely on USPS and NOT the seller. She even included some cute stickers with the jacket. Thank you Casey!
