Jenna was very helpful and accommodating before the sale. She packed the Pandora bead very securely and even included a fun gift. It was as nice as the Etsy sellers' packages. The bead is like new, the silver didn't even need to be polished. She shipped it immediately based on how quickly I received it. I'd be happy to work with her again if given the chance. Very highly recommended.
