I initially rated this seller as a 1 due to lack of communication and receiving the item after the date I needed it for. I changed this because she reached out; apologized and let me that she missed my messages due to being ill. She also offered to send me another item as and apology gift as well which I turned down. I appreciate her offer and her communication with me. This is how customer service should be regardless the amount of money spent.
