Seller was caring and thoughtful enough to immediately let me know she was having trouble finding a large enough shipping box and there may be a delay in shipping (her average ship time is only 1 day), so I was super appreciative that she proactively reached out to me, as I was planning on giving these boots as a birthday gift and a delay of more than three days would require a fallback plan for a gift! Turns out seller found a box the next day and I received the boots a few days later just in time for the torrential downpours, flooding and mudslides in SoCal this week, so I gave the boots as an early birthday gift and she was able to immediately put them to use in this super wet, windy and muddy weather. A very positive buying experience from this seller! I would definitely buy from this seller again as she really cares about her customers and goes the extra mile!
