This has got to be the best buying experience I’ve had on Poshmark. First of all, thanks Kendra for accepting my offer in a timely fashion. And her customer service was impeccable. She let me know when she would be shipping my item, and let me know that she would be steaming the wrinkles out! Who does that anymore?????? As well, she contacted me to let me know when she put my package in the mail. The dress arrived beautifully wrapped and in pristine condition. I can’t wait to wear it.
