Great seller! It is definitely brand new obviously with all the tags, but the material is in perfect quality and even all the tags are in perfect quality!! On a sidenote, my fault for not questioning the color. There is 1 of 16 photo (2nd one of rear waistline tag & possibly 4th pic) where the color looked like a lite green whereas all the other 14-15 photos looked like a dull olive drab. My fault I should've confirmed the color. Nevertheless, the color is growing on me and will be a great summer color! Thanks
