Oh Wow it was in perfect shape when delivered. She packed it in a sturdy box thank goodness. It got lost sent to New York from Texas instead of Arizona took 15 days to get here. She was a great seller took a video of it for me to me feel comfortable. She was so patient in answering all my questions. I had a very bad experience on this same hat from an other seller. I would highly recommend this seller.
