@bettifirth Hi, Sorry to hear you had trouble with another hat but mine shown here is in perfect condition, still unworn, with tags, sitting on a shelf in my spare closet! I can upload a video after I get home from work showing condition if that would help you feel comfortable with the condition!

Yes if you can take a video,I would love that.
