Arrived in a good timely manner. Communication was great. The necklace is really adorable and I love it. The only thing I would have done if I were the shipper is I would have wrapped around bubble wrap or something there was really nothing to protect it but the little bag and put it in was very very nice with the little cleaner all around a really great experience thank you so much
