Love the purse.... but I did ask if there were any stains on the outside and you said no. I opened the package and there is blue light staining on the straps and a huge black mark down the side of whole length of the bag. I was going to give 4 stars but didn't... just wanted to make sure that next time you are more careful and look things over twice!!!
