The box arrived wet and destroyed, it seemed like the box was in a holding place for a few days. They wrapped the broken wet box in a plastic wrap and send it home. The purse was packed so well and inside a waterproof big ziplock bag. Thank you taking the time to protect the purse. The purse is stunning.

little guy arrived well-packaged, clean, and in great condition. the seller was helpful and responsive and shipped him quickly. he had one of his tags removed—which i would have done anyway—so if you're, like, a collector or something it might be helpful to ask about that. the packaging was cute, too. super great experience!
