I am very pleased with the seller, however I am extremely unpleased with the company. I had no awareness of a 20% First Purchase discount until after the fact and requested it be honored since it is an introductory one time promo. Considering the respectable amount of my first purchase, it seems to me good business practice to honor this, especially if desiring to create future business.
