Unfortunately, the shoes were falling apart on the inside, which I didn’t discover until after accepting the order. The seller has been very kind and accommodating, apologized, and offered to work with me on a resolution. She explained that she hadn’t inspected the inside of the shoes, which I completely understand because neither did I! Apparently, the lesson here is that we all need to start inspecting the inside of our shoes with flashlights. 😂 I really appreciate the seller’s willingness to make things right.
