Before we found out about this situation, every conversation and contact with the seller was great! When we turn the ice pack thing on one side of the pad gets cold, the other side of the pad does not. We followed the instructions that came with the product and did all the options to try to fix it. It still is not getting cold on the other half of the pad. I’m willing to send the product back if The seller will give us a full refund, including our shipping charges.
