Okay @romeo2188…you have officially BLOWN ME AWAY with my very first purchase from your closet. ❤️ Apparently I went shopping for an MTV tee and accidentally found an angel on Poshmark named Tammy. 😂 First, I’m about to age myself and I DO NOT CARE. 🤣 I’ve had MTV graphic tees on my BOLO list ever since I heard MTV as we knew it was basically becoming a thing of the past. Because come ON…those of us who remember when MTV actually meant MUSIC TELEVISION know exactly how many memories are wrapped up in those three little letters. 😂📺🎶 So there I was one day, scrolling Poshmark completely lost in the sauce like usual, when BAM… This acid-washed lavender/pink MTV tee covered in colorful mushrooms jumped right out at me. MTV? ✔️ Mushrooms? ✔️ Lavender/pink acid wash? ✔️ NWT?! ✔️✔️✔️ COME HOME TO MAMA. 😂🍄💜 But I’m a buyer AND a seller, and whenever possible I try to bundle because if we’re already paying shipping, we might as well make that box earn its trip to my house! 🤣 So naturally I went digging through Tammy’s closet looking for just one more thing. Famous last words. Tammy has SO much to choose from, but then I spotted the girls’ size 10/12 bundle with the Old Navy shorts and the CUTEST Justice/Children’s Place graphic tees and immediately thought of my granddaughter Sara. ADD. TO. BUNDLE. And when everything arrived? Even better than expected. The girls’ pieces were in EXCELLENT condition—seriously, practically new—and that MTV tee is every bit as fabulous in person as I’d hoped. 💜🍄 But then came the part I was absolutely NOT prepared for. I opened Tammy’s handwritten thank-you card…and discovered that she had also included a beautiful navy blue party dress as a gift. 😭❤️ Here’s what gets me: Tammy had absolutely NO IDEA who I was buying those girls’ clothes for. She didn’t know I had a granddaughter named Sara. She didn’t know Sara’s personality. She certainly didn’t know what Sara would walk into a store and choose for herself. And somehow this woman tucked a gorgeous navy dress with sparkly detailing, a sweet bow and the prettiest full skirt into my package… …and it looks EXACTLY like something Sara would pick out herself. I just sat there looking at it thinking, HOW DID SHE KNOW?! 🥹 Those little moments are what make buying from another person instead of some giant retailer so special. And being a seller myself, I noticed everything else too—the care in the packaging, the condition of every piece, the handwritten note, and the thought Tammy put into making a first-time buyer feel appreciated. I feel like sellers who still take that extra minute to make a package personal are becoming a dying breed, and when I find one, I want people to KNOW IT. Tammy, thank you. Truly. ❤️ You didn’t have to add anything extra. You certainly didn’t have to send such a beautiful dress. But you did—and somehow you unknowingly chose something PERFECT for my girl. Sara and I both appreciate your kindness more than you know. 🥹❤️ So if you’re reading this review because you’re creeping @romeo2188’s closet wondering whether you should buy something… YES. Go ahead and hit that Add to Bundle button. 😂 The clothes are fabulous, the condition is fantastic, the packaging is done with care… …but the woman behind the closet? She’s the real five-star find. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And Tammy…I came for an MTV mushroom tee, but you can bet your sweet Poshmark shipping label I’ll be back. 😂❤️🍄📦 P.S.
