Despite initial communication issues, I was pleasantly surprised by the seller's efforts to come through and resolve any problems. However, it's important to note that delays in shipping may occur, especially during the busy holiday times. In my case, the bag took longer to arrive due to weather conditions, which was out of the seller's control. Nonetheless, the bag was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. 🥰 I had initially opted out of choosing it from my fab fit fun it, but I regretted my decision and glad I was able to get a great deal. This meets all my criteria for a functional, affordable, and stylish suede bag, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This has satisfied my current obsession with suede bags for now‼️🤎🤎
