@simonewooldridg hi! Thank you for this lovely bag, though the replacement crossbody strap was broken. I’m not sure whether it happened before or after transit, so I don’t want the rating to reflect negativity especially if it wasn’t your doing. Could you please tell me whether you originally bought this from the Coach store and/or any details that would be helpful to try to find a sturdy replacement for the chain replacement?
