I love everything! The gloss is so pretty and just as it is matches perfectly. I can't wait to try it over lipstick. The shoes are a bit big, but I love the elephants (which is why I got them), and the jacket is lovely! Everything was packaged so well and the note was very thoughtful. It shipped very quickly and though we didn't communicate I truly believe if we had needed to, it would have been very pleasant. I needed a new coat for this winter and I can't thank you enough!
