ten out of tennn!! great communication, packaged so well nothing could happen to it and came just like the photo. the bag did crack but she ended up fixing it and i genuinely couldn’t tell where it was cracked until i ran my finger over it because of how well the repair was. the bag is beautiful thank you so much 🥹
